​State Executive Committee

Our founder Martyer Dr. Narendra Dabholkar has established a foolproof method of electing Committee members at Branch, District and State Level. Member's own willingness to accept a designation is taken into consideration while electing the Committee member. If more than one member desire to work on the same post, one of them is elected democratically and with a sence of understanding/acceptance. Hence, whoever is elected is gladly acceped by others without any bitterness. This method teaches us to take a defeat in the election sportingly and creates a bonding among the members. State level Committe is elected for THREE YEARS. That is the reason, the organisation is running smoothly even after the shocking demise of Dr. Dabholakar.
